If you are a business owner in the Berkshire region and would like to sign up to accept BerkShares, please submit the form below. Please note that you must be located within Berkshire County or within a ten mile radius of the County to participate in the program.
The information you provide will be added to the BerkShares Directory unless you request otherwise. For contact purposes, it is very important that each business provide a mailing address, an e-mail address, and a phone number so that we can provide you with materials such as window stickers and updates. However, this information does not have to appear on your directory listing unless you would like it to be. All information entered will be put in the online directory unless you request otherwise. To request something not be put online, simply enter the information followed by: [offline only] or another such marker.
In completing this form, please enter fields -exactly- as you want them to appear in your business listing on our directory page. The following is a sample directory listing:
